Cancellation Policy
In order to get a full refund you must reschedule or cancel forty eight hours prior to film date, anything after that will be subject to a 35% cancellation fee. Less than twenty four hours of cancellation or a no-show will be charged 100% of the session fee to cover labor, per diem, and equipment preparation costs. If the videographer or editor can't deliver the final product you will be given partial refund excluding 25% due to physical labor and equipment usage. If the weather probates the shoot you'll be issued a full refund or rescheduled session.
